RETAIL"
This Distance Learning session is presented by Buxton, the retail
industry's largest provider and #1 expert in customer analytics
solutions. The speakers will devote a large portion of the time to
attracting and working with retail developers. The session is based

understand the retail developer and the ways to mitigate the risks
associated with retail development projects.
Topics will include:
1. Retail trends impacting communities
2. Overcoming retailer's lack of confidence in
long-stagnant markets
3. Leveraging your assets to attract retail
4. Supporting developers to overcome high risk
5. Finding creative uses for vacant properties
Speakers:
Amy Wetzel, Senior VP Western Region, CommunityID, Buxton
Bill Shelton, Partner, CommunityID Division, Buxton
Bryan Spain has a life-time of experiences in retail locations and as
a developer. Amy and Bill will quiz Bryan and will also take
