Leslie Little has spent the past 29 years in the
public sector in Redevelopment/Economic Development in Southern
California, Northern California, and
In Southern California, she worked for Redevelopment Agencies in
In Northern California, Ms. Little spent six years with the San Jose Redevelopment Agency and now serves as the Development Services Director for the City of Alameda where major projects include the Catellus/Warmington Bayport Housing Project, Catellus Alameda Landing Mixed Use Project, several affordable housing efforts, restoration of the historic Alameda Theatre, construction of a multiplex cinema and public parking garage, redevelopment of the Regency/Bridgeside Shopping Center and reuse of the Alameda Naval Air Station which closed in 2000.
Ms. Little holds Bachelors’ Degree in Political Science and a Masters’ Degree in Public Administration.
