PAYMENT ESTIMATES FOR ABX1 27 REQUIRED AGENCY TRANSFER AMOUNTS NOW ONLINE
CRA has posted on its website the payment estimates required under ABX1 27 should that legislation become law. The formulas in the legislation are different from earlier SERAF/ERAF shifts.
There are two charts. The estimates in each are based on data from the California State Controller’s Office and use the Legislature’s definition of “net tax increment” as defined in ABX1 27. Each agency's obligation is estimated and should only be used as a guide. Actual payment amounts will be set by the Department of Finance and may vary from this estimate.
