Napa Community Redevelopment Agency administers Parkway Plaza Redevelopment Project Area, adopted in 1969, and Soscol Gateway Redevelopment Project Area, adopted in 2007. The Agency’s focus in both project areas is designing and building infrastructure that stimulates private sector investments. Approximately 650,000 sq. ft. of new infill development is nearing completion in Parkway Plaza, including office, residential, retail, and lodging.
Napa Community Redevelopment Agency has been a member of the California Redevelopment Association since 1990.
