2010-11 will be the year of the entrepreneur. Grants and local matches will be used to create a new business incubator operated in partnership with Merced Community College. A new Community Center will be completed this year and clean-up of brownfields are part of the budget. CDBG loans are being offered for local business start-up and retention and the office will continue its outreach to new business.
City of Los Banos Redevelopment Agency has been a member of the California Redevelopment Association since 2008.
