Placentia, CA Industrial Development - Retail Distribution: City of Placentia
The Agency is working with the City on the creation and adoption of the Placentia Westgate Specific Plan. The Specific Plan, which should be adopted before the end of calendar 2011, creates a transit oriented development of retail, office and housing in conjunction with a new Metro Link station. It also provides for the restoration of Placentia’s historic Old Town. The 112 acre Specific Plan will allow for 500,000 square fee of retail, 150,000 square feet of office and approximately 1,700 housing units. The Specific Plan will utilize form-based code and will contain an Inclusionary Housing Ordinance.

2006.
