Orange, CA Industrial Development - Wholesale Distribution: City of Orange Successor Agency
The Orange Redevelopment Agency rehabilitates and revitalizes blighted and deteriorated areas of the city by various methods such as land assemblage, infrastructure upgrades and on-site improvements. Projects are selected that relate to the three-fold mission of the Agency which is to enhance the commercial and industrial areas of the city; revitalize those areas; and increase improve and preserve the community’s supply of affordable low- and moderate-income housing.
Redevelopment activities are carried out in the Orange Merged and Amended Redevelopment Project Area, which encompasses approximately 4,000 acres and is comprised of several commercial retail and office corridors, a historic downtown, and the City’s industrial area.
City of Orange Successor Agency has been a member of the California Redevelopment Association since
2011.
