The mission of the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Banning is to bring together resources to achieve Banning’s vision of a proud, diverse, sustainable community with healthy neighborhoods, a vibrant downtown, a strong regional economy, and quality jobs and housing for all. The Agency will achieve this within the project area by facilitating and encouraging investment by private developers and property owners, aggregating development sites and planning and entitling properties for development. Additional methods by which we will achieve our vision include assisting in the financing and installation of public facilities and attracting and retaining businesses and targeted industry facilities. Projects include: * Affordable Housing Development * Downtown Revitalization * Façade Improvement * Industrial Development * Retail Development and Revitalization * Job Creation and Target Industry Recruitment * Business Retention and Expansion * Land Assembly, Entitlement, Planning and Disposition * Brownfield Remediation

City of Banning has been a member of the California Redevelopment Association since 1990.
