La Mirada, CA Office Development - Parks/Public Spaces: La Mirada Redevelopment Agency
The La Mirada Redevelopment Agency was activated in 1973 with the elected City Council serving as the Redevelopment Agency. The Agency is committed to eliminate blight in the City by developing unused, underused, or misused properties through programs that encompass physical revitalization of targeted areas and retaining and attracting business to the City.
The Agency is also actively administering home improvement programs, including Home Improvement Program (HIP), and various home improvement grant/loan programs for a specific neighborhood located in the Project Area.
La Mirada Redevelopment Agency has been a member of the California Redevelopment Association since
1990.
