The Garden Grove Agency for Community Development (Agency) is actively pursuing the implementation of several Development Agreements; including a medium/high density commercial and residential mixed-use project for both the Brookhurst Triangle and Century Triangle; and a 600 room Water Park Hotel for the Central Hub. In addition, the Agency continues to promote International West as a major tourist destination point and envisions an entertainment district that will draw local residents and tourists to create a unique, exciting, urban entertainment node of hotels, restaurants, retail and themed attractions.

Garden Grove Agency for Community Development has been a member of the California Redevelopment Association since 1991.
