Hughson’s primary focus is on both housing and economic development. The Agency has completed Phase I of a Downtown Revitalization project and has committed redevelopment funds to a 48 unit Affordable Housing complex. The Agency goals are to help bring jobs to the city and provide decent affordable housing for our LMI citizens and community members.
City of Hughson has been a member of the California Redevelopment Association since 1997.
