The Agoura Hills community strives to place quality developments in our community that meet the needs of our residents, business community and daytime population. Agoura Hills is a community that values a balance between development and the preservation of the region’s natural setting. The Agoura Hills City Council recently approved the Agoura Village Specific Plan, which will create a mixed use “downtown” area. The City also will be focused on creating affordable housing throughout the Redevelopment Agency.
Agoura Hills Redevelopment Agency has been a member of the California Redevelopment Association since 2005.
