Awards Committee
Evaluates and selects redevelopment projects or programs for CRA Awards of Excellence; evaluates nominees and select recipients of the William A. Carlson Fellowship
Brownfields Committee
Reviews legislation, regulations, and state and local processes and recommend actions to the CRA Board. Additionally the Committee is involved in education and outreach efforts that increase redevelopment professionals’ knowledge in the field as well as raise awareness of this area of redevelopment
Executive Committee
Comprised of the officers of the Board of Directors of the California Redevelopment Association. This includes: President, President Elect, Northern Vice President, Southern Vice President, Past President, and Treasurer.
Housing Committee
Reviews legislation, regulations, and state processes relating to low and moderate-income housing and recommend actions to the CRA Board.
Marketing and Publications
Implements an ongoing marketing program to convey the benefits of redevelopment, and to develop publication ideas and oversee the content of various publications.
Sustainability Committee
Foster and promote sustainable redevelopment practices through education, legislation, policy, development and other activities and projects
