Michael Reynolds
Mr. Reynolds is a recent graduate of the Community Development Program from the University of California, Davis. He completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics at Fresno State University.

Blake Hopkins
Mr. Hopkins is a Senior Analyst with Tierra West Advisors, Inc., a Real Estate and Redevelopment Consulting Firm based in Los Angeles. Mr. Hopkins has worked in redevelopment for the past three years and has been with Tierra West since October of 2009. Prior to his current position Mr. Hopkins worked in the public sector for several redevelopment agencies throughout southern California. He holds a graduate degree from the University of Southern California in Urban Planning and an undergraduate degree from
the University of Oregon.

David Feinberg
Mr. Feinberg is currently the Director of Real Estate at Launchpad Development Company, a non-profit charter school and community developer in the Bay Area- www.launchpad-dev.org.
Mr. Feinberg oversees all aspects of the development process and is actively involved in building the capacity of the organization to serve Rocketship Education as well as other high-performing charter schools. Mr. Feinberg has worked in charter school real estate development and urban planning for over three years after starting his career as a Teach For America public school teacher in Phoenix, AZ. He is an active member of the ULI and APA.
